If you wish to reapply for a COC document for your vehicle, please contact info@sur-ron.eu.

In your email, please provide the following information:

1. VIN Number
2. Dealer information and the original sales invoice or a proof of sale issued by the dealer
   (Even if you purchased a second-hand vehicle, we still require the dealer information from the first sale of the vehicle in Europe. Additionally, please provide proof of the second-hand transaction.)

Please note that both of the above items must be provided. Otherwise, you will not receive any response from us.
